Pendulum Dowsing for Health
Many People now use a pendulum as a tool to answer questions in an accurate, immediate way. Pat uses a pendulum to:
- Determine food allergies and intolerance's
- Establish suitable flower remedies, tissue salts and much more.
She asks very specific questions. For example she can ask "How many slices of bread per day?" or "How many eggs per week?" In this way she can produce very precise answers. Advice may be given on taking a natural remedy to back up treatment.
People have asked if dowsing can reveal the future or reveal information they would rather not know about or if dowsing can help them to win the lottery . The answer is no.
How does dowsing work?
Pat believes that by dowsing she is bringing out her inner knowledge, instinct or gut reactions. This deeper understanding is within all of us - we just need a way to tap into it and dowsing does this. Very often when she identifies food intolerance's, for example, people often recognise that this was something they already suspected.
Dowsing as a form of divination is becoming more popular. There have been reports of a water company official being sent to a property and by using a pendulum to locate a leaking pipe. Dowsing rods are often used for this purpose. Farmers and builders use the method to gain information about what is happening underground. A wedding ring on a piece of wool held over the stomach of a pregnant woman can divine the sex of the child.
Anyone who wishes to can learn how to dowse. Pat has taught many people these skills at Malvern College and at home.

Reflexology
Pat qualified as a reflexologist with the Bayly School in 1994. Reflexology is a specific form of massage that involves working with the thumbs to stimulate reflex areas in the feet or hands. By massaging these points Pat is treating different corresponding areas of the body that connect to these points through energetic - subtle pathways, since every area of the feet and hands corresponds to a specific part of the body.
The whole of both feet or both hands are treated during a session. The massage is applied firmly to avoid a tickling sensation. It is very relaxing giving the body a chance to heal and recover form the stresses of modern day life.
Reflexology is useful in maintaining health and for the prevention of illness. It can help in the treatment of digestive, skin, back and joint problems as well as emotional problems such as; sleep disorders, depression and anxiety.
Pat advises a minimum of 3 treatments.
She has found that her clients find reflexology and enjoyable, pleasant and healing experience.

Holistic Healing
Pat trained with the NFSH in 1996. She uses her healing ability to channel energies to the client. These energies are subtle and gentle in nature. Feelings of heat or coolness are often experienced. A space is created in which the client can become re-energised, relaxed and at peace - at one with themselves.
Healing can be given for any illness or injury and the mind and emotions are soothed. It can bring about profound changes in awareness and attitudes and thus improve quality of life. Healing often helps with recovery from surgery and serious illness and is useful in the relief of pain.
Pat is a member of the National Federation of Spiritual Healers.
